import excel data into access

What's the best/proper way to accomplish this? I want to import one worksheet worth of excel data into ms access. thanks!

Go to The Tables area in Access, Click New, Select Import Table. When the Dialog bok appears select "Microsoft Excel" from the Drop Down list. Select your file and click Enter.
