I would like to be able to import some of the info in the screenshot into the calendar below. The calendar is found in excel, and can be found by typing in Calendar, it's called "Any Year one-month calendar1"

I would like to be able to import the last 3 columns into the correct date on the calendar but I wanna be able to pick what gets imported. For example only Seats 100 or more.

So April 1st, would list
DFW-190-0519
ATL-110-0605
CLT-128-0616 etc.

Is there an easy way I can do this? You guys have helped me in the past and I hope you can do it one more time. I can copy the data onto another tab of the calendar if that make it easier. I'm just looking for an automated way to do this.

Thanks

In the Calendar that I have, the space below each day number is just one cell. See image attached.

Is this the case with yours? Yes so is mine

If one date cell has numerous entries do you want just that row to autofit or do you want the each row on the calendar to resize to match? Just the row to autofit

What is the expected maximum number of flights per day? No idea since it changes each day / month

How do you change the year? I just change the year at the top of the page
Any help you can give me is much appreciated. I currently do it manually and its time consuming. And if you can make this work a nice PLUS would be if it could list the first and last flight of each day no matter how many passengers are on it. Even if you can't make it work with the calendar I'm using if it could just put it in a calendar format that would be great.

Anyone able to help me with this?

Try this for starters.

It uses a table to store the flight information.

The table is on the ‘data’ worksheet and is called ‘tblFlightData.

Load the Userform and select the month that you want to show data for.

The list of months is taken from the data table so when you replace the data with your data then the list will update appropriately.

Instead of concatenating the flight information and writing it to a single cell, a separate cell is used for each flight.
