If range formula

Hello,

How can i change the formula below to use a range for greater than/less than. I'm trying to say if k137 is equal to or greater than 6.5 but equal to or less than 0.5.

=IF(K137>5,IF(AND(D152>=$L$12,D152<=$M$12),$J$12,"-"), "-")
 

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
In exactly the same way as you have done for D152, you use an AND.

Edit. Talking rubbish.

You use an OR not an AND. Same process though.
