IF one cell contains a letter then run a formula

Afternoon all

Basically I want to add a formula that means that when U25 starts with "V" then run =MIN(U27:U318) but if U25 starts with a "TC" then to be blank

=IF(LEFT(U25,1)="V",MIN(U27:U318),IF(LEFT(U25,2)="TC","",))
