I need a formula that will give me the following results in column D. If there is multiple cells with in column A and column B and C show active for any of the repetative cells or non repetative cells then the results should be "OK." If there are repetitive cells on non repetitive cells in column A and column B and C are empty then the result should be "OK."
Otherwise the results should be "Violation."
