IF completed give Percentage

Good Morning,

I have this formula to give me the percentage completed by count of project =COUNTA(L5:L10)/COUNTA(B5:B10) but what i need is that if in L5:10 have the words "Completed to give me the percentage only when the words completed are in the cell and not to count any other words in the cell

=COUNTIF(L5:L10,"*Completed*")/COUNTA(B5:B10)
