IF And?

The following formula is in CF, but is not setup correctly. It is not proving true.

Formula:
=IF(AND(Y38="",X38<>"","Cost?",""))

If Y38 is blank
If X38 is not blank
then Cost?
else blank

Thanks. Norie pointed out that this does not work in CF. But you did help me understand why my formula construct was wrong.

the meaning of CF is

IF yourformala = TRUE then CHANGE the format

so CF contains an IF in itself, else it wouldn't be CONDITIONAL
