IF AND Function

I'm entering the following function, but it is not working: =IF(AND(E6,G6,H6,I6,J6,L6,M6,N6,O6="yes",F6,K6="no"),"400","0")

If cells E6, G6, H6, I6, J6, L6, M6, N6, O6 equal "yes" and cells F6, K6 = "no" then return $400 otherwise return 0.


I hope this makes sense. Any help is hugely appreciated!!

=IF(AND(COUNTIF(E6:O6,"Yes")=9, F6="no", K6="no"), 400, 0)

the AND statement would be AND(E6="yes", G6="yes", H6="yes"....etc...F6="no", K6="no")

each one has to be defined.

EDIT: Use mikerickson's....much better/easier.
