I have a daily data export that currently only identifies who raised a ticket with the associate's staff ID rather than name.
I would like a formula to identify if their ID number down column B and populate in column C

Ticket numberRaised byAssociate Name
ABCDE1
123
?
ABCDE2
456
?
ABCDE3
789
?

Any help would be appreciated

I have attached images of the two sheets

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Ok, assuming the "raised by" is in col B try
Excel Formula:
=vlookup(b2,sheet1!a2:b10,2,0)
