Identify who raised a ticket

I have a daily data export that currently only identifies who raised a ticket with the associate's staff ID rather than name.
I would like a formula to identify if their ID number down column B and populate in column C

Ticket number	Raised by	Associate Name
ABCDE1	123​	?
ABCDE2	456​	?
ABCDE3	789​	?

Any help would be appreciated

First of all you haven't provided any data, so how can we know the names?
Second, please post an example with data and the result you wish to achieve.

If you have a list of IDs & there names, then you could use Vlookup.

This is all the data that I have in columns A & B. ie. ticket number and raised by is their staff ID number. I want to be able to identify tickets raised by John's staff number and populate his name against any entries with his staff number

Thank you I do have a list of names and IDs. What would be the best Vlookup formula here? The report has about 500 rows (changes daily)
