Hey all.

I'm new to the forums and and amateur in excel but have been glancing around this site for some time for help. Much of which I was able to find referenced in another post. In this case however I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for, so I registered and here I am to pick at some expert brains.

I am using Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2016.

I have an excel sheet with a header'd table and I want one of the cells to display a picture from local storage. This data is going to be pulled to a blank worksheet that will auto-populate with the required fields when a process number is entered. I want one of these fields to display a picture stored on a local hard drive, and not just a click-able hyperlink so that when I go to print the worksheet it will automatically pull up a picture I've previously indicated on the original excel table. I have already successfully created auto populating worksheets for different applications, with the data pulled from a central excel table.

This time however I need one cell to display a picture instead of text. From what I've been reading I realize that this may not be possible in the sort of dynamic way I'm shooting for but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask before I gave up all hope!

I thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide, and if there is no easy answer I look forward to finding alternatives.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
