Hyperlink To Email Addresses

Hi all

I have created a s/s that contains a list of e-mail addresses the issue I have is that these have been created using an & formula so the addresses wont Hyperlink.

EG

Col a - First Name
Column b - .
column c - last name
Column d - @companyname.com

Column e = =a1&b1&c1&d1

How do I make this email addres in e1 a hyperlink?
