HTM file into Excel has two header titles

I have copy and pasted a HTM file into Excel. The headers and information is stacked onto two lines on the original report. I need the headers to be separated onto one line and the two lines of information to follow the header it is attached to. example below. the yellow below should follow the yellow title above and the tan follow the tan. I have several columns of this going one. I hope this makes sense. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
