Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to use autosave with excel 2016. I have an excel file on my pc, and would like to autosave any changes back to the local file system where it lives (not the cloud, or onedrive) every 3 minutes.
I need to distribute this file to several people, can I set it up so it will autosave on their pc's?

Any help appreciated.
David

Just a thought, rather than saving periodically every 10 minutes. It would be alot simpler (and more logical) to save after an event, I for instance have several userforms for creating content for cells on the sheet, so every time i close a userform i could do

Code:
ActiveWorkbook.Save

Hope this helps someone

David

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
