How to tell Excel only to read one data field that repeats throughout and excel spreadsheet.

Ok let me see if I can explain this right. I have a data dump that is in form that you can create a pivot table off of. What I am trying to do is to get the pivot table to only read the data that repeats once.

So if you can see the column belows title is mawb and then below it are the cells and data.
