How to open VBA forms from VBA Application (exe file)

Dear All, Please guide me about how do i open vba forms and coding pages from one my vba application file type..

Pls guide someone..
 
Hi Sir, i got all the source files now. Actually scenario is, we have one application developed using vb in 2007. Now some modification needed in that. But as system does not contains any vb software in machine's now. Hence we are trying to open that in visual studio.net software.

It opens now, but im not that much confident to make changes in that, even though its vb code. Thats it..
