I'm taking an excel course this summer and am using the "GO! With Microsoft Excel 2016" Book and I'm stuck on how to import data from MS access. In chapter 7, excerise 7B, the book is telling you how to import data from MS access into an excel pivot table. My issue is that the steps that are given on the book, does not work with my current version of excel 365. Can anyone please assist?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Thats strange,
the option should be here:

If you dont have it then either ur office is broken, or your organization cut it off from excel, (like in my case PDF import was completle blocked and removed)
