I'm gonna search for Country Code for the criteria below:

I do not know how to use neither double vlookup nor index-match.
Can You please create both formulas and explain shortly how it works? Thx in advance. ;)

Hi again,
The array formulae I provided you with will work for sure. However if you do not fancy usung array formulae you can make a kind of workaround where standard VLookup or index match functions will work too. What you need to do is to as two columns:
1. Add column c and place there the following forlmulae =A2&B2
Fill in the formulae down the range
2. Add a column between customer and country code (F and G) and place there a formulae concatenating values in column F and G =F2&G2

Once you did it use either vlookuo or match function based on values in added columns

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Put this "regular" formula in H2 then copy down

Change 19 for the last row number with data

=INDEX($C$2:$C$19,SUMPRODUCT(MAX(($A$2:$A$19=F2)*($B$2:$B$19=G2)*ROW($C$2:$C$19))-1))
