How to convert this Date

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
One more. It appears that the entry is text. Would you check it by
=ISNUMBER(the-cell-of-Mar-28-02) ?
No need for the above.
(1.) Select all the cells with entries that you want to convert.
(2.) Activate Date|Text to Columns.
(3.) Choose Delimited.
(4.) Click Next until you are in step 3 of Wizard.
(5.) Check Date for Column Data Format.
(6.) Click Finish.
