I combine to cells into one using this command. I have two tables in the same structure. I use this command =a1&" "&A1 The first a1 is from table one the second a1 is from table two.
The result is cell one 1 141 cell two 0 106

Whenever the first argument is >0 i want to color the cell or the numbers.
Thanks for your help.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
You can colour the cell using conditional formatting.

Select the cells you want this to work > Conditional format > New Rule > use a formula
=--LEFT(F2,1)>0
Select the format you want > OK.

Change the F2 to the first cell in the applies to range
