How do I parse a cell that contains the company name and address? The previous cell has the company name if that helps?

Any way to separate the cells by Address|City|State|ZipCode knowing that the fields follow any specific format?

What is your format ?

The examples you have posted don't seem to have a consistent format.

I don't see how.

Consider this from one of my earlier posts in this thread . . .

Forgetting about Excel specifically for a moment . . . taking your sample data, how exactly would YOU instruct someone else to parse out the company name ?

If you want to get a person / computer to do this, you have to somehow give the person / computer instructions on how to do its task.
Simply saying "Break it into Address / City / State / Zipcode" is not enough.
How does the person / computer know where an address ends and a city starts ?
