How do I execute a macro in second workbook from first workbook?

I have a workbook called ‘DataEntry.xlsm’ where the user will enter daily sales. This workbook accumulates totals, a few of which I need to transfer to another workbook which I call ‘Graph.xlsm’ because it creates a graph using the totals that were transferred to it. Originally, the user, after entering all the information in the DataEntry book, had to type the necessary totals into the Graph book. This created a duplication of typing which left room for errors. I have since figured out how to transfer those totals to the Graph program. I would like to have it so that when the user finished entering data in the DataEntry program, then clicked on a ‘Save’ button, not only would that data be saved, but those totals would have been transferred to the Graph program and that program would now be saved too. In the Graph program, I have a macro that will save the monthly totals so the next time it is run, the graph will show these totals along with a previous months totals. This macro called: SUB SaveGraphData() works great if I run it manually. The DataEntry and the Graph program are in the same C:\ACCOUNTING folder. My first question is how do I automatically run this macro from the DataEntry program?

The user can access this Graph program from a menu program, so there is no need for them to view the Graph program every time they enter data. My second question would be, do I have to Open this Graph program in order to transfer the totals?
