Hello,
i`m using =(COUNTA(C7:C37)+COUNTA(D7:D37)) to get a Value in C39 ( i have to columns for each employee)

This is a work schedule and i have 12 sheets. I want to SUM the results in the cells 12 sheets for each worker?

I tried SUM and CTRL+click on each cell but i end up with no results
=SUM('01.2025'!C39:D39+'02.2025'!C36:D36+'03.2025'!C39:D39….......

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
Are the sheets consecutive? Also should it be C39:D39 on all sheets?

In that case you can use
Excel Formula:
=SUM('01.2025:03.2025'!C39)

Works perfect. I saw your comment about all cells being in C39 ( they were not so i moved them). Thank you

What if they are not in the same cell like it was on my case?

If they were different cells you would have to do
Excel Formula:
=SUM('01.2025'!C39,'02.2025'!C36,'03.2025'!C40)

i tried that but i had error. now i see that every time i mark a cell was marking C39 as a C39:D39 and maybe that was the problem.

That shouldn't be a problem, but merged cells should really be avoided at all cost, as they can cause all sorts or problems.
