How can I conditionally format an entire row if it meets the condition in a certain cel.

Such as If Cel F5=Complete then strike out text of entire row(or range of row) and shade it grey. I can get my dates to format correctly if they are greater than or less than a certain range, but I'm making a project tracker and if the project becomes complete, I want to strike through the text and shade the project grey. I've looked on several of the answers posted in this forum and none of the solutions have worked for me. I'm working in Excel 2007. I've copied a portion of the workbook to this file in order to help.

It should work, but as alternative try this. Somewhere you have the list of valid entries for the drop down list. Instead of $F$5="Completed" try =$F$5= and put in the cell reference that houses the text "completed" for the validation drop down. It is really only the same thing as already proposed, but sometime doing it a different way makes a difference
