Im paid 39 at flat rate for the week the problem i have is to work it on a daily rate you cant just divide by 5 or 7 so if i have a half day for instance it comes off the whole week figure
anything over the 39 plus 2.5 for servicing giving me 41.50 for a standard week is paid at x1.5 less .75 breaks
so on a 50 hr week 41.50 is at basic rate 4.75 at 1.5 rate totaling 46.25
hope this make sense its beyond my skill level can anyone help.

couldn't work out how to delete thread as completely rewritten a new spreadsheet so this question is obsolete.
