Highlighting special characters in excel

I am trying to find a VB code that will highlight a cell that has a special characters with the exception of the following ,-.:;{}[]_/,()*? ?@&
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
