Hi there all experts,

I have new 2018 calendar that I would like to highlight by Conditional Formatting. I would like to highlight each date in bold red (I know that this is irrelevant to my question).

It is a 4 x 3 month calendar Jan Feb Mar Apr
May Jun Jul Aug
Sep Oct Nov Dec

And pay days occur every second Wednesday beginning on January 3

Could someone please help me with this formula???

Thanking you all in advances for you help...

JJ
