Hide Column and Lock Sheet

Is there a way to hide a column and then lock the sheet so that other users cannot unhide the column?

Hi All:

I followed the steps of Andrew and it worked for me, so I can't unhide the column that I did hide. If i want to unhide I have to put the password.

But what LRopes says is true, if you copy it in another workbook, you can unhide it without password. Maybe should be more resctrictions that needs to be explored in the Review Tab.
