Is there a way to format a column in a table with a specific number format.

EG when the number 1 is shown it must show 001, when 59 it must be 059 and so on :oops:

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
In design view select the field in question. Down at the bottom of the design window enter 000 in the format textbox. Is that what you mean?

In table design view, you can set the various properties of each field, including the format.

have done that, however any number in the field for example 1,2,3,4,5
are displayed as 1,2,3,4,5 i want 001,002,004,005,005 they are still displayed as they are in the field ???????

Sorry its me, if i go and look at the table the formating is correct, if you look at the filed in design view its not, so i thinks its ok........thanks
