Hi guys,

I'm having difficulty in writing a formula. I have a large data table that has a date in column A and a figure in column B.

What I want is a formula that will count the values in column B if the date in column A is within a certain range.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Do you mean sum rather than count?

Done and Done,

Thank you so much for your help with this VoG!
Now back to my table. It dates back to 2004! I thought I would be here for an eternity! Still might be if I hit any more brick walls!
