Help with formula please

Please can you with what I hope will be a simple formula.
In B27 I have a drop down list that states either:
CONNECT MANAGEMENT FEE (10%) No
CONNECT MANAGEMENT FEE (10%) YES

If the line with 'YES' is selected, I would like 'D27' to show 10% of cell D26

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
See if any of the following works for you:
Excel Formula:
=(RIGHT(B27,3)="YES")*D26*10%
=IF(RIGHT(B27,3)="YES",D26*10%,"")
