help with excel worksheet error value!

hi, i have saved my worksheet.xls and now my data inside is set to VALUE!
on every box. is there a fix for this? or can someone please repair this for me
if i send it to you.

This is a wild guess, but did it ask you to update when you try to open it ? if so then the linked files that those calculations are depended on are not available. Other possibility is some calculation rely on on calculation of other sheet that are not currently open.

Remedy: open dependent files, and if you received this file in e-mail, open it without updating.

In the workbook the OP uploadeded all the cells contain the constant #VALUE!. There are no formulas.
