Hi - I have just taken over the Fantasy Football at work this, the table itself is about 5-6 years old, their is some significant improvements needed on the spreadsheet that I would to have sorted before the 2014/15 season starts, but it's a lot more complicated than I was expecting.
It would be easier to upload this onto here, but their is no option too.
Basically, the spreadsheet is set up so that their is a players list, each player has a number assigned to it, which date then transfers into a tab;
These tabs are 4-4-4, 4-3-3, basically formations. I only have these two formations and I am looking to add a couple of new formations to the spreadsheet, the problem is I don't understand the formula behind it all:
On the tab, the formula brings in the player name, player cost and club & Score. I'm not sure how to add more formations, here is an example of the formula:
VLOOKUP(F18,'PLAYER SCORES'!F7:J5000,3,FALSE)
I understand this is pulling data from the players list:
I don't know how to basically create a new formation tab for 3-5-2 and 5-3-2.
I can e mail to someone if you message me, might make more sense.... any help would be greatly appreciated.
