Help needed creating charts based on date

Hi guys, I have been tasked with creating a dynamic pie chart which can be altered to display data based on day month or year.

The database I have to work with uses a comma deliminated file which is quite large and continuously growing.

Could you guys help a out a newbie who has been up all night trying to figure this thing out

Yes that would be useful to see some real data, I have just started creating some extra rows by copying and pasting then editing.

I have the filter working so far, now just need to run it so the filtered data goes to the next sheet.
