Help creating a diverging stacked bar chart?

Hi does anyone know how to create the above? I have some data from questions that give 4 possible results to which I've attrubuted some scoring but the negative response have a negative score.

If anyone can help out I'll post up a small example data set (5 rows, 4 columns)

The chart did not copy but it is a horizontal bar chart with good = green adequate = yellow just adequate = orange and not adequate = red

I just highlighted the data and used the chart wizard.
