Hi there! I want your help on how to execute this on Pivot Table. What I want is to put the ENG Sum to Row value, and upon clicking it, all the components (ENG_123, ENG_456 and ENG_789) will appear. Then the value for those components will be shown as well. If this is possible, please let me know how to do it. Do I need to go back to the raw data and edit something, is there a function on the Pivot Table that could make this work? Or maybe there are other programs which could do this? Thanks a lot!

Modify your source data to have the columns: Name, Month, Ticket Number, Weekly Score, Group ID, SubGroup
As appropriate for each row:
-- Group ID column will contain: "ENG Group", "CN Group", "CH Group"
-- Subgroup column will contain the items like: "CH_bcd", "Eng_123", "CN_fgh"

In the pivot table,
Group ID & Subgroup as row fields
Weekly Score as Value field
