Google Ads Between Posts #1 and #2

I think he gets a little something from the loading and more from the clicking. I can't imagine that many ppl clicking them, but he does make something - so I assume the loading.
 
It's offering me Bread, Beef, Meat and Low Fat Recipes at the moment. Very helpful of it ;)
