getting cell to 8 digits

Hello, I'm thinking there is a formula to help me do this but I can't remember which one it is.

I have cells that have a 5, 6, or 7 digit number, and in order to standarize them all I need to have a column that makes them all 8 digits long. So for example, right now I have this number in column A: 12345, but I need this number in column B: 00012345. How do I do that with a formula? Or is it possible?
