Get minutes between two dates

What is the formula for getting the minutes between two dates

Considering network days (Mon to Fri)
and working hours (8am to 6pm)

I see -30 with my original formula but the revamped one returns me 0 for your first example, are you certain you are using the new one?

New formula:
