Get Data - Page Formatting

I'm using the Data tab and Get Data from folder... I've set everything the way I want it and only those columns are importing.

However the issue I have is when refreshing the data, the column and row widths increase. Is there a way to retain the setup of the page please?

Click on the table (select a cell on the query result table in the worksheet).

1. Go to Table Design on Ribbon.
2. Click Properties
3. Clear the Adjust Column Width option
4. Click OK.
