Get 1 column values by matching 2 columns from 2 worksheets

In my Excel workbook, I have 2 worksheets: tab named "C2" & "M".
In C2:
B2:B100 contains names & C2:C100 contains numerical values.
In M:
A2:A50 contains names (same as of C2 ws).
Output column U2:U50: should be from C2:C100 of ws C2 for names matching.
