gant tool

Hi, i am working on this gant tool and i would like to know if this is posible:
I write time information for a processes inside some columns:
ex. from 6am to 6:05am

and next i draw chart inside rows to make it look visualy better.

My question is: Could i be inserting time information and excel would then automatically draw the chart?

PS: the operations are repeteable, so it can be "from 6 to 6:05" and sometime later from "7 to 7:20". So the gant chart should be drawn twice in the same row or more.

oh sorry, did that now, i entered the single minute times at the 2nd row, BUT im still getting error. :S

Oh, you are using a different kind of interpunction. Replace all instances of commas (,) with semicolons (.

oh yes now it went ok, but it tels me that the "data type is incorect" in the yellow "!".. Is it relevant?

edit: NEVER MIND LOL, i pressed ctrl shift enter and it worked now, i might be getting somewhere lol

OMG i have another problem now.. somekind of a bug i guess?!

when i enter time from 6:44 to 6:45 nothing colors (the field 6:44 is value "0")

but! when i enter 6:43 to 6:45 both fields colors (so 6:43 gets value "1" and 6:44 gets also the value "1")

WTF!?

im adding the photo. the formula was draged, so it is the same for every field

i am also adding the formulas of surounding fields:

WHY DOESNT THE 6:44 WORK?!

The only reason I can come up with is that there is a rounding difference somewhere (which hardly makes sense, really).

Try re-entering the numbers. The formula is right, everything should be working.



Maybe someone else has a suggestion, I don't really know what the problem is.
