Freezing Columns

I was working with excel. In doing so I made 13 headings A to M. I was trying to freeze the cells A to M.

Now I selected. Columns A to M were selected. Than I went Freeze Panes and Freeze First Column.

Than when I move the cursor to the left. Only the first column is frozen how would I freeze the other columns?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Select cell N3 then Freeze pains & select the first option
