Formula to compare two lists

i want to compare the first list with the second to find which transaction done
the expected result in column D

That's more like it Aladin, about 50% faster than countif.

By the way, my first suggestion was due to a biasing prompt, uninteresting to mention. Thanks for coming up for something faster.
