Hello - I am looking for a formula only to help do this if possible?

I have 2 groups of data that I want to combine into one result and not show the blank cells
Both data ranges are fixed
The result needed will be as long as is needed to capture all the non blank cells
Need the result to list the data in the same order as noted below

Thanks in advance for any help!
