In cells Q6, Q7, and Q8 I have formulas that are populating data from A6 to N6. Is there a way to make this one formula instead of 3 and paste it down?

What I have now:
=A6&"#"&B6
=C6&D6
=E6&"("&F6&")"&":"&G6&"'"&"-"&N6

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Possible yes. Can you post some sample data and the expected result after it's all combined?

3 lines of output per 1 line of input
Okay, with your current layout, dragging the formulas down as a set is neither intuitive or ideal for what you want to achieve. If you drag them down as a set, it skips two rows of input data. You can, however, combine the formulas like below, turn on wrap text for column Q and expand your row height to 60 to achieve "3 lines of output for 1 line of input".
