formula on a mathematical problom

Column A are number arranged in sequence, I need a formula than can be rolled down to show a sub-sequence like below

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
With the numbers starting in A2 :
=IF(A2=A1,B1+0.1,A2+0.1)
