I have 5 names from G3 to G7, I need to have these 5 names horizontally from G3 to K3

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Are you trying to do this in VBA?

Note that this is a Copy -> Paste Special -> Transpose option that will let you copy a vertical list and paste it horizontally, and vice versa.
