Formula is not working

I'm new to excel I am using this formula

=IF(OR(J7<5, J7>5), J7, 5)

If J7 is less than 5, I want it to remain J7
If J7 is greater than 5, I want it to remain 5

What do i have wrong in the formula in J17, J27, J37 and J47
they are not adding up.



example if J16 is less than 35 than 0, if greater than 35, subtract 35

The same thing that was wrong with K7
You have that custom format spread out over many cells.

I'd suggest clearing all the formats of all the cells (do this on a COPY of your book)
Once you're satisfied formulas are working correct, then apply formats.
