Formula for < or >

I'm looking for a formula that would separate numbers in 2 columns.

In column A are the numbers that need to be separated.

In C would be the numbers that are inferior of the previous one and in D the one that are superior.

I redo the whole table again and now it work fine, It has to be on my side, I'm not qualified like you guys, so the mistakes are surely mine, but that's how I learn how to get a little better with Excel.
